This week, I'm sharing a heartfelt message for anyone experiencing life changes, feeling stuck in a rut, unmotivated, or sluggish due to seasonal shifts or your luteal phase. Consider this a gentle reminder to be kind to yourself and work with your energy rather than against it.
As I speak these words, I'm reinforcing them within myself too. Despite being on a personal development journey for seven years, I'm reminded that we're all human. We all experience low moments, especially when overwhelmed or in our luteal phase that leave us feeling out of sorts.
